The Finca is located at Calabazo, 20 minutes from the city of Santa Marta. Its uniqueness consists of its access to Pueblito, home to the indigenous Kogui people (descendants of the Tayrona tribe). You can realize a hike of three hours to get to this ancient indigenous settlement, and then you will descend to the fantastic beaches of the Tayrona National Park. Or you can walk five minutes to the road and take a public bus, which takes you in five minutes to the main entrance of the Tayrona Park in Cañaveral.

Around the country house Portales del Tayrona, you will find a swimming pool, wide green zones, a sports area, a camping and hammock zone, a car park and a fishing lake.
For the alimentation, you have a totally equipped kitchen at your disposal and you can buy it directly at the grocery store next to the Finca. Or if you don't want to cook in your holidays, the Finca offers a cook on demand. Therefore, you would buy the food you like and the local cook prepares it for you. This additional service has a cost of 20'000 pesos (10 USD) per day.
You can also rent a car there to discover the natural and cultural treasures of the area
