Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children between the ages of two and 11 years old must pay the indicated price for children.
Cancellation Policy:
- In low season, cancellations must be made at least four days prior to check-in.
- In peak season, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to check-in.
- If cancellations are made after the deadline, the hotel will charge the first night.
Other disclosures:
- The second payment to confirm booking (50%) must be honoured at least three days prior to your check- in.
- The VAT and hotel insurance of 4 USD per person and night are not included in the rate. Tourists who are not Colombian citizens and who don't live in Colombia, will not pay the VAT.
