Estimada Fabiola,
No sé si está al tanto de lo que nos sucedió el día de nuestra llegada: ya no había caballos ni mulas (por el horario) para llevar nuestro equipaje a Arrecifes.
Me hubiera gustado que dentro de su asesoramiento, nos cuente este tema, que además de haber sido molesto el hecho de no contar con nuestra ropa y un gasto adicional (nos trasladamos de noche con poca ropa pagando a un guía 80.000), nos generó un malestar importante.
La página dice: “Ubicación: La cabaña está en el sector de Arrecifes, hace falta caminar o coger una mula para llegar a donde está la cabaña (45min). Es buen punto de partida dentro del parque para conocer el resto de playas (Cabo San Juan del guía, La piscina, playa nudista)”, sin embargo, para quien nunca estuvo allí, es difícil comprender la situación que lo espera cuando llega y debe pagar por el trasporte de las maletas y en este caso de un guía por la noche

I was very pleased with the service of this company. We communicated via email, which is fine with me, but usually is slow and people tend not to reply very quickly... this was NOT the case here. I was surprised to see that I had an immediate response when it was discovered that there was no reservations in an ecohab that wanted to stay. The agent quickly recommended another ecohab that turned out to be an amazing and beautiful experience. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the service of this agency.The tours were great ,the hospitality at the lodging was excellent. The tour guides were all very knowledgeable ,nice and very friendly and above all very punctual!!! I give Las Pleyades Travel agency Five golden stars! We will have them handle our next trip in the future...

I was quite impressed by the attention to details and the ability to catch an error I made in the dates of my reservations. It would have been easy for them to simply ignore that error and book me at two different places for the same date, which is the normal level of service I get...

The website made booking at Tayrona Park easy. However, when I got to the EcoHabs, the name of the reservation was not mine. The reservation was in the name of the agent from Las Pleyades Travel Agency in Santa Marta who made the booking. It took about 15 minutes to sort out. I would advise that the agents at Las Pleyades check that they are using the name of the guests when making a reservation.
