Accommodation Feedback
The appartment was OK. The windows were not clean and many of the light bulbs were not working.
This should have been checked before our arrival. Rooms did not have black-outs therefore it was not possible to sleep late. One important issue for tourist who are not from Colombia is the fact the appartment did not have hot water to have a shower. This should definitely be improved in order to adjust to international standards and should be specifically mentioned in the apartment description to better qualify against other apartments in Colombia since cold water seems to be the standard and therefore not mentione in the ap. characteristics.
Overall the apartment was OK but there is room for improvement. The apartment should also include a welcome kit including 1 toilet paper (!!!) , towels as part of the rental features (they were kindly given to us because we were not informed this was not included), detergent and a sponge.
