Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info:

We will pick you up at your hotel or apartment in Santa Marta at 7.30 in the morning.


Notes:

This tour includes:

  • Transportation in an air- conditioned and comfortable Land Cruiser
  • Driver and guide service - The tourist guide speaks English, German, Spanish and some French.
  • A natural fruit juice of your choice in Minca
  • Entrance to the beach of Bahía Concha

You will pay now 50% of the total booking value to confirm your reservation, and the remaining 50% can be paid directly in cash before the beginning of your tour.
